As promised, we wanted to give you something that will help you in your professional development. Responsibilies: As volunteers, we trust in you to bring your energy, and skills to work together and allow participants to experience the city in a unique way. It is your responsibility to be proactive, engaging, and outgoing so that all participants feel welcome.

Check In/Check Out Policy: Volunteers must check in during the morning, and check out with the volunteer coordinator (Chris) when your duties have been completed. If you do not, you will not receive your proof of volunteer hours.

Dress Code: If you have ever joined us before and received a Ciclovia T-Shirt, we would like to see you wear it. Whether it’s green, white or red – if it says “Ciclovia,” you’re one of our team. If you have not previously volunteered with us, just be comfortable.

Weather: IF heavy rain or thunderstorms are predicted on Sunday, we will post an announcement on our Facebook regarding the event’s cancellation. It is your responsibility to check our Facebook in reference to the status of the event. IF there is a cancellation announcement will be made by 8:00 a.m.
